Experimental Investigation of the Porous Free Zone of Silicon Cemented Layer Obtained through Pack Cementation

چکیده

The development of a porous free zone the silicon cemented layer represents scientific and technical challenge. limitation effects Kirkendall–Frenkel phenomena requires right control thermochemical processing parameters (temperature, time, chemical) thorough knowledge related interaction with specific elements metallic matrix thermochemically processed product. Through experimental programming method, individual cumulated on (Fe-Armco) high-purity iron by in ferrosilicon (FeSi75C) powdered solid media have been quantified. It was concluded that concentrations higher than 60% redoubtable active component, especially temperature range 1100 °C. In silicon, presence nitrogen also observed, as direct consequence composition medium used for cementation. this element is predominant result manifestation ionic phenomenon adsorption. correlations between these dimension vicinity surface determined.
